If you are visiting Branson, Missouri or live in the area and want to have a relaxing day of golf, here is the current list of golf courses located in Branson and the surrounding area. Some golf courses have a laid back dress code, others require at least a shirt with a collar. For a really fun and laid back golf course near Branson, check out Bridgewood Country Club Taneycomo Golf Course. Give them a call… but back in the day they were pretty relaxed about their rules, etc. From what I have heard, the best golf course (and one of the most expensive) is Branson Creek Golf Course. I have heard nothing but good about them. Take a look around and call in advance for tee times, general questions, etc. If you plan to golf in the summer, bring a hat, sunscreen and drinks. Most have cute cart girls that drive around and offer drinks for you during your game.

Thousand Hills Golf Resort offers a really nice 18 hole golf course that is centrally located in Branson so you can play golf and still have time to go to dinner, relax at your condo or see a show when you are done. Rated four stars by Golf Digest.

Payne Stewart Golf Club is located just a few miles north in Branson Hills and has 18 holes open to the public. Featured as a top 5 golf course in Missouri by Golf Week. They have several membership plans, a clubhouse and restaurant.

Don Gardner Par 3 Golf Course
This is a nice and small little golf course located close to downtown Branson. It is a 9 hole course and publicly owned and reasonably priced. Open from 8 am to an hour before sunset.

Pointe Royale Golf Course and Condos
Pointe Royale is one of the first golf course and condominium resort in Branson. It is an 18 hole, 6,501 yard par 70 golf course situated right next to Lake Taneycomo. You can also rent or buy condos right next to the golf course as well.

John Dalys Murder Rock Golf and Country Club is a semi-private 18 hole championship par 71 golf course with a length of 6,600 yards. Also has a full service restaurant and lounge, pool, fitness center, pro shop and more. Located on Golf Club Drive in Hollister, MO.

Holiday Hills Golf Course
Holiday Hills Golf Club is a par 68, 5771 yard 18 hole golf course on East Highway 76 past the bridge over Lake Taneycomo. They have the ProLink GPS system, restaurant and lounge, golf shop and more. With the ProLink GPS System you can order food and drinks from your golf cart, view distances on each hole, talk to the Pro Shop and more!
